On October 28, 2017, the first "China psoriasis conference" continued. The opening ceremony of the Forum on clinical application of psoriasis diagnosis and treatment equipment, drugs and skin care products was held in the East Hall of daoxianglou hotel. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Wang Gang, President of skin hospital of Xijing Hospital, Fourth Military Medical University. Professor Wang Gang said: psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, which is the focus and difficulty in the treatment of dermatology. Medical equipment, drugs and skin care products play an important role in the treatment of psoriasis. I hope more people will participate in the development and application of diagnosis and treatment equipment, drugs and skin care products.

        After the opening ceremony, the meeting officially began. Professor Zhang Xuejun, director of Institute of Dermatology of Fudan University and director of Key Laboratory of Dermatology of Ministry of Education (Anhui Medical University), delivered a speech. Professor Zhang Xuejun stressed that psoriasis diagnosis and treatment equipment, drugs and skin care products are a powerful weapon in the hands of dermatologists. Dermatologists need to understand how to standardize, standardize and operate this weapon, so as to help us overcome difficulties and forge ahead in the cause of psoriasis prevention and treatment.

Speech by Professor Zhang Xuejun

        Professor Xu Jinhua, Professor Chen Xiang and Professor Zhang Anping presided over the meeting in the first half of the morning.         In the afternoon, Professor Xiao Fengli was the moderator in the first half. Professor Ma Huiqun, ran Yuping and Zhang Xibao respectively gave lectures on the impairment of skin barrier function, the treatment and post management of psoriasis, the real world research of psoriasis topical drug treatment and the new understanding of the pharmacological effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases. Professor Ma Huiqun proposed a new idea for the treatment and later management of psoriasis; Professor ran Yuping introduced how to use topical drugs correctly and effectively by using the cases before and after the treatment of jinnuel; Professor Zhang Xibao described the new anti-inflammatory mechanism of Compound Glycyrrhizin - HMGB1 in the process of psoriasis, and introduced how to treat psoriasis from the pathogenesis.
