On October 26, 2018, the second China psoriasis Congress was held in Hefei, Anhui Province. The founding ceremony of vitiligo precision medical research alliance, Key Laboratory of Dermatology Ministry of education, was successfully held in the conference room of Buckingham grand hotel. Professor Zhang Xuejun, director of the Key Laboratory of Dermatology of the Ministry of education of Anhui Medical University and director of the Institute of Dermatology of Fudan University, Professor Yang rongya of the General Hospital of the army, Professor Xiao Fengli, director of the research center of Anhui Medical University, Professor Cui Yong of China Japan Friendship Hospital and more than 20 expert representatives from all over the country attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Professor Lin Zhaochun, director of Dermatology, Chengdu Second People's hospital.

        Professor Zhang Xuejun made a speech at the meeting. Professor Zhang reviewed the history and achievements of vitiligo research in China, focusing on the establishment background and significance of "vitiligo precision medical research alliance of Key Laboratory of Dermatology Ministry of education". Professor Zhang pointed out that the alliance was jointly established by the Key Laboratory of Dermatology of Anhui Medical University, the Institute of Dermatology of Fudan University, and the dermatology department of Sino Japanese Friendship Hospital. The alliance aims to integrate domestic advanced scientific research conditions and rich clinical resources, and establish long-term and stable strategic cooperation among various units in the field of vitiligo in China according to the principle of multi center cooperation mode and win-win cooperation Relationship. Professor Zhang pointed out that further integration of China's dominant resources of vitiligo by using the resource advantages of the leading unit and advanced genetic research platform can promote the research process of vitiligo precision medicine, promote the genetic research and clinical transformation of vitiligo, carry out scientific popularization and health education of vitiligo, and improve the level of vitiligo precision medicine in China. The alliance has also united with a number of vitiligo hospitals in China. Through the reasonable integration of "within the system" and "outside the system", it can not only promote the level of scientific research and diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo hospitals, but also make full use of the country's rich clinical resources, and fully implement the policy of "unswervingly supporting the development of private economy" put forward by General Secretary Xi Policy.

        Professor Yang rongya, as a consultant representative of the alliance, expressed his sincere congratulations on the establishment of the alliance on behalf of the cosmetology branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the dermatology and venereal disease prevention branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. Professor Yang pointed out that vitiligo is a common pigmented disfigurement disease, one of the world's difficult diseases, seriously affecting people's physical and mental health. The establishment of the alliance provides an important platform for promoting the integration of high-quality medical and health resources, strengthening the basic research on vitiligo, and meeting the needs of people's skin health.

        Professor Xiao Fengli, chairman of the first "China vitiligo precision medicine research alliance", pointed out that the establishment of the national vitiligo alliance is a beneficial attempt. The establishment of the alliance will improve the diagnosis and treatment level of vitiligo in China from various angles and aspects. In order to actively promote the research progress of vitiligo, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the members of the alliance, and improve the scientific research level, the Key Laboratory of Dermatology of Anhui Medical University has set up the open project of vitiligo precision medicine research plan, which is mainly for the members and units of the alliance. It is hoped that these scientific research projects can drive the development of the alliance. The alliance plans to carry out cooperative research in vitiligo clinical research, epidemiological investigation, sample collection, genetic and translational medicine research in the future, which will lay a good foundation for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo.

        Professor Cui Yong read out the articles of association, and made a brief interpretation from four aspects: General principles, business scope, research alliance management organization, rights and obligations of research alliance members, and introduced the specific implementation scheme of the alliance.

        At the inaugural meeting, Professor Zhang Xuejun announced the list of members of the vitiligo precision medicine research alliance and the approved list of the first phase of vitiligo open project of the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of education. Together with Professor Yang rongya, Professor Zhang Xibao and others, Professor Zhang Xuejun awarded the license and certificate to the Alliance units.

        The establishment of "vitiligo precision medical research alliance of Key Laboratory of Dermatology Ministry of education" will play a positive role in the research and treatment of vitiligo, a complex and refractory skin disease.
