        In the 21st century, epigenetic regulation, translational medicine and basic immunology play an increasingly important role in disease research. Under the chairmanship of Professor He Li and Professor Chen Xiang, Professor Lu Qianjin from the Institute of Dermatology, Central South University, was invited to make a research on epigenetic regulation and translational medicine of psoriasis. From the direction of epigenetic methylation, Professor Lu Qianjin described the relationship between gene methylation in psoriasis and the occurrence, development and incidence of psoriasis.

        Subsequently, Professor Gao Xinghua, vice president of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, presented a wonderful report entitled "progress in immune pathogenesis of psoriasis". Professor Gao talked about the role of the interaction between keratinocytes and immune cells in the pathological changes of psoriasis lesions from the cellular level of basic immunology, as well as the new progress in the research of psoriasis immune intervention.         Finally, Professor Zhang Xuejun, director of Dermatology Research Institute of Fudan University and director of the Key Laboratory of Dermatology of the Ministry of Education (Anhui Medical University), delivered a speech at the AI release ceremony of psoriasis chronic disease management. Professor Zhang Xuejun said: the diagnosis of psoriasis is usually not complicated, but it is difficult for grassroots doctors to distinguish psoriasis from other diseases And challenges.
