On the afternoon of October 25, 2019, the second working meeting of the 15th psoriasis special committee of dermatovenereology branch of Chinese Medical Association was successfully held in the international hall on the third floor of Hefei century Jinyuan hotel. Professor Zhang Xuejun, leader of the 15th psoriasis group and director of the Institute of Dermatology of Fudan University, Professor Zheng Min of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, Professor Zhang Chunlei of the Third Hospital of Peking University, Professor Li Yuzhen of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Professor Zhang Xibao, director of the Institute of Dermatology, Guangzhou Medical University, as well as all members of the psoriasis group and psoriasis The Director / representative of special disease clinic attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Professor Zhang Chunlei and Professor Li Yuzhen.

        First of all, Professor Zhang Xuejun, the leader of the research group, summarized the work and achievements of the psoriasis group in 2019, and introduced the overall plan of the group work in 2020 and the promotion of GPA plan.

        Professor Zhang Xuejun expressed his gratitude to all the members of the academic group and the doctors of specialized disease clinics for their efforts in this year. With the joint efforts of all of you, the editorial board of the guidelines, with Secretary General Zhang Xibao as the main finalizer, successfully completed the finalization of 2018 Chinese psoriasis diagnosis and treatment guidelines (full version), and published it in the October 2019 issue of Chinese Journal of dermatology in the form of supplement. Thank you for your hard participation in the psoriasis public welfare activity "Dandelion action" in 2019, and the psoriasis propaganda and patient education work in various regions will be completed successfully. Thanks to the meticulous organization of the third psoriasis Congress and the enthusiastic participation of 100 famous doctors, more psoriasis patients will benefit. According to statistics, 1100 patients will participate in the large-scale free clinic on October 27.

        Professor Zhang Xuejun mentioned that the work of the psoriasis group was widely recognized at home and abroad: Professor Zhang Xuejun was awarded the "Outstanding Director Award" of the international psoriasis Association (IPC) in 2018, and the psoriasis group was awarded the "2018 top discipline publicity team".

        As the global psoriasis atlas, Professor Zhang Xuejun, director of the Asia Pacific region of the GPA project, pointed out that the psoriasis research group will carry out its work in the following aspects in 2020: 1. Carry out the nationwide distribution of psoriasis, covering all provinces of the country, and promote the construction of China's GPA system; 2. Continue to promote the opening of Dermatology psoriasis specialist clinics and demonstration clinics in the Department of Dermatology of grade 3 A hospitals; 3. To hold the fourth China psoriasis Congress, and We will continue to promote the prevention and treatment of psoriasis in China; 4. We will hold the second "skin immunotherapy seminar" relying on the psoriatic group and Boao super Hospital; 5. We will hold 100 GPa promotion meetings and dandelion science popularization activities throughout the country to promote the implementation of the GPA project and the continuing education of psoriasis; 6. We will complete the English version of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis in China It has been published and published; 7. In line with the international standards, participate in and complete the relevant meetings and work of the international psoriasis Association (IPC); 8. Relying on the National Psoriasis clinic and dermatology precision medicine research center, continue to promote the construction of the psoriasis research cohort of 10000 people and the chronic psoriasis management queue of 300000 people in the whole country; 9. Continue to carry out the work on the basis of the National Psoriasis clinic China psoriasis medical association construction work.

        After that, Professor Zheng Min introduced the progress of soliciting contributions for the National Congress on psoriasis in 2020, the arrangement of China psoriasis Congress in 2020 and the progress of international practice. Professor Zheng Min mentioned that the framework of the psoriasis special session in 2020 mainly includes domestic psoriasis continuing education, psoriasis clinical trials / real world seminar and psoriasis treatment, and encourages everyone to actively contribute to the psoriasis special session of the past year.

     Professor Zheng Min highly affirmed the contribution of the psoriasis conference to the society. Different from the usual academic conferences, the psoriasis conference is patient-oriented, and a group of the best dermatologists in China combine with the latest research and treatment progress of psoriasis at home and abroad every year to popularize disease knowledge and make compulsory diagnosis and treatment for patients, which can improve the diagnosis level of clinicians and reduce the disease burden of patients, To deepen the mutual understanding between doctors and patients, establish a good doctor-patient relationship, and play a positive role in promoting the development of psoriasis prevention and treatment in China. Professor Zheng Min called on everyone to actively participate in the activities of international psoriasis academic organizations, such as the IPC's GPA program and the annual global psoriasis conference held in Paris, so as to actively integrate with the international community.

        Finally, Professor Zhang Xibao made a report on the process of finalizing and publishing the 2018 Chinese psoriasis diagnosis and treatment guidelines (complete version). This guide integrates the consensus of national dermatology authoritative psoriasis experts, comprehensively and systematically summarizes and interprets all kinds of classic and brand-new treatment methods of domestic and foreign, traditional and Western medicine, and provides a solid theoretical basis for the treatment of psoriasis in China. Professor Zhang Xibao expressed his gratitude to all the experts who participated in the compilation of the guide, the members of the secretary group who had done a lot of soliciting and editing work, and the editorial staff of the Chinese Journal of Dermatology, who strongly supported the publication of the guide. In order to enable doctors from all over the country to learn experience and get effective treatment for patients, Professor Zhang Xibao pointed out that the planning of psoriasis guidelines promotion tour will continue in 2020. In addition, we are actively preparing for the English version of the guide and strive to complete the submission of the first draft by the end of this year. Professor Zhang Xibao expressed his gratitude to all members of the psoriasis Special Committee for their support and active participation in the activities of the special committee.
