The main research direction is hereditary dermatosis and allergic dermatosis. In the field of genetic dermatosis, we have carried out the diagnosis of complex and difficult genes such as large fragment deletion and chimeric mutation, and prenatal gene diagnosis of fatal and disabled hereditary skin diseases. In terms of allergic skin diseases, he led the first field epidemiological survey of atopic dermatitis aged 1-7 years in China, and the clinical signs of the largest sample of atopic dermatitis in China, innovatively carried out the study on the efficacy, safety and mechanism of lidocaine intravenous block therapy for refractory severe atopic dermatitis, and participated in the whole genome association analysis to screen atopic dermatitis in Chinese Han population Susceptibility genes.
