He is the standing member of Dermatology and Venereology branch of Chinese Medical Association and deputy leader of venereology group, member of Standing Committee of medical cosmetology branch of Chinese Medical Association and head of skin cosmetology group, vice chairman of dermatology expert committee of China Association of female physicians, vice chairman of Dermatology and venereal disease prevention and control professional Committee of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, and chairman of medical cosmetology branch of Anhui Medical Association Member, deputy director of Dermatology and Venereology branch of Anhui Medical Association, and chairman of Anhui dermatology and Venereology Medical Association. Deputy editor of Chinese Journal of disease control, editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Dermatology, standing Editorial Committee of Chinese Journal of Dermatology and Venereology, editorial board member of Journal of clinical dermatology, and editorial board member of International Journal of Dermatology and Venereology. For a long time, he has been engaged in the medical teaching and research of cosmetic skin diseases, sexually transmitted diseases and hereditary skin diseases. It took the lead in the establishment of a national skin disease genetic resources collaboration network, collected 200000 skin disease samples, and established a relatively complete skin disease genetic resources database in the world. He has published more than 100 SCI papers and applied for one patent. He presided over one special project for preliminary research of "973 Program", 4 general projects of NSFC, and participated in the research of national "Ninth Five Year Plan", "Tenth Five Year Plan", "Eleventh Five Year Plan" and "863" program, 973 program and key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China. It has won the second prize of national science and Technology Progress Award in 2007, the first prize of Chinese medical science and Technology Award for three times, the first prize of Natural Science Award of Ministry of education once, the second prize of science and technology award of Anhui Province once, and the third prize of other provincial and ministerial level science and technology award five times. She won the fourth Wuzhou women's science and technology award of China Women's Doctor Association, the first most beautiful doctor award, and the honorary title of national women's pacesetter in 2017. He has been awarded the title of "famous doctor of Jianghuai" in Anhui Province, and has been awarded the honorary titles of advanced female staff and famous teaching teacher in Anhui Province.
