        He is currently the vice president of Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences, director of Shandong Institute of Dermatology and venereal disease prevention & Control & Shandong Dermatology Hospital. He is a specially appointed expert of "climbing plan" of Taishan Scholars, a second-class professor and doctoral supervisor. Mainly committed to leprosy and venereal disease control and psoriasis, bullous skin disease and other common, critical skin disease diagnosis and treatment, scientific research, teaching work. He has taken the lead in undertaking a number of scientific research projects such as major national science and technology projects, "973" special projects, and key international cooperation projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China. Since 2009, 25 new leprosy susceptibility genes, dapsone syndrome risk factor, Chinese herpetic dermatitis risk factor and Chinese arthritic psoriasis have been discovered successively; their representative works have been published twice in other international academic journals such as "NEJM", "ng" and "ajhg", "NC", "Jid". Since 1995, 67 postgraduates and 21 doctoral students have been trained. He is also the president designate of "China leprosy prevention and Treatment Association", vice president of Shandong Medical Association, chief editor of Chinese Journal of leprosy dermatology, and standing member of Dermatology and Venereology branch of Chinese Medical Association and Chinese Medical Association. He won the titles of "national labor model", "national health and Family Planning Commission & young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions" and "top ten doctors", "famous doctors of Qilu" and "top ten young and middle-aged dermatologists in China".
