        He is currently the director of Key Laboratory of Dermatology, Ministry of education, Anhui Medical University, director of Institute of Dermatology, Fudan University, executive director of International Federation of Dermatology societies, member of international honorary society of American Dermatology Association, member of international psoriasis Association (IPC), honorary chairman of Dermatology branch of Chinese Medical Association, leader of psoriasis group and executive director of Chinese genetic society He is also a member of the editorial board. He was the chairman of Asian Dermatology Society, chairman of Dermatology branch of Chinese Medical Association and President of Anhui Medical University. He edited the National Undergraduate Program textbook and resident training textbook dermatovenereology. He has devoted himself to the study of genomic variation of diseases, published 296 SCI papers in NEJM, NAT genet, Jid, etc., cited more than 6000 times in SCI, and H factor 41. As a host, he won one second prize of national science and Technology Progress Award and four first prizes of provincial and ministerial level. The achievements were selected into "China's top ten scientific progress" in 2010 and "top ten scientific and technological progress of Chinese colleges and universities" in 2012.
