        Heilongjiang provincial hospital dermatology director, chief physician, doctor of medicine, master tutor, enjoy the provincial government special paste. He graduated from Harbin Medical University in 1987. He is now a member of Dermatology and Venereal Disease Committee of China Association of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine, vice chairman of Dermatology and Venereal Disease Committee of Heilongjiang Medical Association, vice chairman of dermatology professional committee of Heilongjiang society of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine, and expert of medical accident identification in Harbin. Two year visiting scholar of Niigata Cancer Center Hospital and Hongqian University, Japan. He has presided over and participated in one key research project of provincial science and Technology Department, one provincial international science and technology cooperation project, two projects of Chinese Medical Association, three provincial natural science foundation projects, and one special fund project for scientific and technological innovation talents of Harbin city. He has edited 1 thesis and published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign medical journals, including 2 papers with impact on SCI. He has won one second prize and one third prize of the provincial government's science and technology progress award, two first prizes of Heilongjiang province's medical and health science and technology progress award, one third prize of Harbin municipal government's science and technology progress award, and seven first prizes of Heilongjiang Provincial Health Department's new medical technology award.
