We systematically introduced the definition, epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment status, etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of psoriasis, emphasized that comorbidity of psoriasis should not be ignored, and advocated "patient-centered" early diagnosis and early treatment and treatment.
