        Does psoriasis affect the internal organs? Some researchers have made investigations and found that patients with psoriasis had more diseases of one kind or another than others. Some people use mercury-containing traditional Chinese medicine to treat psoriasis, which not only causes severe vomiting and pain, but also can be mercury poisoning once absorbed, seriously affecting the function of the kidney. Almost all the major hospitals in the country have encountered such patients. In the past, there have been reports of a private doctor who stabbed a patient's affected area with a plum needle and then applied a mercury-containing drug, which caused massive absorption and caused kidney failure and death. The individual doctor was publicly tried by the court and was sentenced to three years in prison.  

        There are many western medicines for the treatment of psoriasis, but also seriously harm the health of patients. There have been several reported cases of death caused by the use of leukin in the 1960s; Since the 1970s, ethylamine and ethyl bismarin have been widely used in the treatment of psoriasis in China. Some statistics, from this and cause leukaemia (blood cancer) and other malignant tumor and death has exceeded 200 cases. Other drugs, such as methotrexate, cause cirrhosis of the liver over time, cyclosporin, a recent drug, can cause nephrotoxicity, and retinoic acid can cause teratogenesis. Therefore, when using these drugs to treat psoriasis, doctors and patients should fully weigh the pros and cons, not blindly or recklessly.
