External use of hormone is the first choice for the treatment of psoriasis patients in China, but long-term external use of hormone brings a lot of adverse reactions to patients, such as local hairy, pigmentation, telangiectasia, hair folliculitis, skin atrophy and so on. At present, there are also many non-hormonal ointments on the market, which have been widely used in the clinical treatment of psoriasis and achieved good therapeutic effects, such as vitamin D3 derivatives, carbinol ointment, tacacitol ointment, and Xiucao silk. Calcineurin inhibitors, such as tacrolimus and pirmetheus; Retinoic acid, retinoic acid cream, tazarodin cream, etc. Clinically, we can use hormone or non-hormone ointment according to the skin lesion range, skin lesion site, skin lesion thickness, patient age, patient's general condition, and even the patient's needs. Hormone and non-hormone ointments can be used alternately to reduce the adverse reactions of hormones. Hormone ointments are usually used for trunk, limbs and extensor sides, and non-hormone ointments for limbs and face. First, steroid cream was used to quickly remove skin lesions, then non-hormone cream was gradually added to reduce the use of steroid cream, and finally non-hormone cream was used to maintain treatment.
